Filip Fidanovski was born in Skopje on November 27, 1977. Since 2019, he has been elected president of the Society of Fine Artists of Macedonia. He graduated in 2002 from the ceramics department and received his master's degree in 2006 from the National Art Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. In the period from 2003 to 2008, he worked as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of St. "Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. Since 2008, he has been a professor at the State High School for Fine Arts and Design "Lazar Lichenoski" in Skopje. From 1995 to 2015, he participated in 43 group exhibitions in Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Belgium, Egypt.

He participated in a large number of art symposia in Macedonia and abroad, he is the winner of several awards and has organized several independent exhibitions. Since March 2019, he has been elected president of the Society of Fine Artists of Macedonia.
